Banana ghosts and tangerine pumpkins

Naturally sweet and nutrient-rich from the bananas and tangerines, this recipe requires zero cooking, but tons of flavor and Halloween fun.

For the banana ghosts

What you’ll need:

  • 4 Bananas
  • 24 vegan chocolate chips (can use regular and mini size)

What you’ll do:

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
  2. Place the cut side down to allow the banana halves to stand up.
  3. Use the small chocolate chips for the eyes and the larger chips for the mouth.

For the tangerine pumpkins

What you’ll need:

  • 4 tangerines
  • 1 celery stalk

What you’ll do:

  1. Peel the tangerines
  2. Cut the celery lengthwise into small pieces and insert on the tops of the peeled tangerines to form the pumpkin.
